Spring Swing Dance - 4/12/25

All Chesterton Academy of The Holy Family policies, rules, and procedures apply during this event. Students are expected to represent the school with joy and dignity, demonstrating their best behavior. Any infraction of school rules or failure to uphold proper decorum may result in disciplinary action. All school rules, including the out-of-uniform guidelines listed in the Family Handbook, must be observed.

• The dance begins promptly at 7:00 pm and ends at 10:00 pm.

• Students must arrive by 7:30 pm unless prior permission is granted by Ms. Paulson or Mr. Chong.

• As with all our Cultura Vitae events, this evening is meant to celebrate life and foster friendships. This event is for current Chesterton Academy of The Holy Family students only.

• Dress Code: The theme is Spring! Gentlemen are encouraged to wear slacks, khakis, and collared shirts or nice polos. Ladies should wear modest dresses (no shorter than knee-length, please).

• Students must remain in the school building for the duration of the event. Re-entry is not permitted once a student leaves.

• Cell Phone Policy: Phones must be turned off and stored in bags, following the school-day policy. If parents need to reach their child urgently, they should call the school office.

• Chaperones are generously giving their time to support this event and should be treated with respect and gratitude.

• All attendees must conduct themselves with respect and in a manner befitting the joy and spirit of the evening.

• Food and beverages, including bottled water, will be provided by the junior class. Outside food or drinks, including personal water bottles, are not allowed.
