Chesterton Academy’s Math Team Goes to State
the Results
2022 Illinois State Math Competition
Chesterton Academy of The Holy Family's math team finished their inaugural year by competing at the ICTM (Illinois Council of Teachers of Mathematics) on April 30, and we are pleased to present the result of their efforts.
CATHF competes in Division 1A, the small school division. Seventy teams participated in regionals and of those teams, 58 had team members qualify to move on to the state finals.
Nine of our team members qualified for state and made a strong showing in their placements at state.

Anders E. (‘23) 3rd Place in Precalculus Individual
Precalculus Team 4th Place (sum of scores of all individual precalculus students)
Junior/Senior 8-Person Team 8th Place
